Sublimation creates brilliant, permanent color on polyester apparel and specially coated drinkware, accessories, and gifts.
The process
How sublimation works.
We print the design onto transfer paper and apply high heat. The ink bonds into polyester fibers or a coated blank, becoming part of the item instead of sitting on top.
Limitations
- Requires polyester or a polyester coating
- Works best on white or very light items
- Cannot print white ink; the base color shows through
- Results depend on the blank's coating quality
